Program Description

Med Spa SLO uses an automated missed-call notification service. If you call our office at (805) 457-3244 and your call goes unanswered, you may receive one automated SMS reply acknowledging your missed call and inviting you to call back or reply. This is a courtesy notification — not marketing.

Consent

By calling Med Spa SLO, you provide prior express consent to receive one automated SMS response if your call is not answered. SMS consent is not required to receive care or services.

Verbal Consent Script

When your call to Med Spa SLO goes unanswered, you hear the following recorded message in full before any SMS is sent. This is the exact script, word for word:

"Hi, you have reached Med Spa SLO. We are unable to take your call right now. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or reply HELP for help. We will send you a text message shortly. Please leave your message after the beep."

You provide prior express consent to this single automated SMS by calling our office (see Consent above). Message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP at any time to opt out — full details are below. Consent is not required to receive care or services.
